Return and Refund Policy
1. Defective or Damaged Products
If you receive a product that is defective or damaged during shipping, we offer a 100% money-back guarantee or replacement. Please reach out to us within three days of receiving your delivery, and we will either issue a full refund or send a replacement item.
2. Custom Items
Custom items cannot be returned or refunded unless they arrive damaged or defective. These items are made specifically to your specifications and cannot be resold. Non-custom items can be returned following our standard return procedures.
3. Refund and Return Conditions
We do not provide refunds or accept returns under the following conditions:
- Your order does not arrive due to factors within your control, such as providing an incorrect shipping address.
- The purchased item is custom-made and cannot be resold.
- You are dissatisfied with the product without a valid reason related to its condition or functionality.
We reserve the right to decline refunds or returns if the item does not meet the criteria listed above or if the product has been used, altered, or damaged in any way.
4. Order Cancellations
Orders can be canceled until they are shipped. If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us within 12 hours of placing the order. Once the packaging and shipping process has begun, the order can no longer be canceled.
5. Exclusive Returns
Some particular products may have their own time and duration for returns separate from what is stated here, although if that is the case it will be clearly stated on the product page of that particular product. However if nothing is stated then the terms above applies.
